Visa applications are subject to a great deal of scrutiny around the world. Often applicants are required to appear in person for an interview as part of the visa application process. The current Conference Organizers Handbook was published in 2009. Since then several policies, procedures, and services have changed. Also, to make it easier to find the information you may need we have redesigned the handbook. The 80-page document will be replaced with a collection of 1 – 5 page guideline documents and worksheets on particular subjects.

Going into a conference, both you as the conference organizer and the attendees have pre-conceived notions of how the conference will go and what you will get out of it. After the conference, it's important to follow-up with attendees to find out if it met or exceeded the attendees’ expectations. Surveys teach us what if anything should be done differently in the future.
