Call for Nominations: Director-Membership Services

The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the positions of Director-Membership Services. The term for the Director position will be three years (1 January 2013-31 December 2015).

The Director-Membership Services is responsible for identifying value/benefit/services to members, as well as recommending policy/mechanism for recruiting members. The Director is a voting member of the Membership Board and a non-voting, ex-officio member of both the Conference and Publications Boards. The Director-Membership Services chairs the Membership Services Committee.

Nominations should be submitted to John Treichler, SPS Vice President-Awards and Memberships, via j.treichler@ieee.org. When making your nomination, please provide the following information:

• Brief Background of the Individual (no more than 100 words, please)
• Information About Current SP, IEEE, or Other Society
• Volunteer Activities.

Nominations must be received no later than 1 September 2012.
