Technical Committees
The Signal Processing Society has 13 technical committees that support a broad selection of signal processing related activities defined by the scope of the Society. Technical committees provide functional arenas; in this way, individuals with similar technical interests can network and participate in developing strong community ties based on common technical interests. Technical committees are actively involved in awards, conferences, publications, and educational activities and provide technical advice to the Society's leadership.
The Society’s Technical Committees are as follows:
- Audio and Acoustic Signal Processing
- Bio Imaging and Signal Processing
- Design and Implementation of Signal Processing Systems
- Image, Video, and Multidimensional Signal Processing
- Information Forensics and Security
- Industry DSP Technology Standing Committee
- Machine Learning for Signal Processing
- Multimedia Signal Processing
- Sensor Array and Multichannel
- Signal Processing for Communications and Networking
- Signal Processing Theory and Methods
- Speech and Language Processing
