The Chair and Vice-Chair of SAM Technical Committee shall be nominated by the Committee itself and appointed by the Executive Committee. The term of office of the Chair shall be no more than two calendar years, unless otherwise designated by the Board of Governors.
Selection of new and returning members to the SAM-TC is by election; all current committee members are eligible to vote.
