NIST

The Human Language Technologies area of NIST coordinates resources in the measurement and evaluation of speech recognition, speaker recognition, spoken language understanding, information search, retrieval, and filtering, document understanding, summarization, interactive speech interfaces. The website contains descriptions of standard benchmark and evaluation activities in the speech community, as well as a set of tools for manipulating various types of speech data.
